Subscription Value Fund

1.  Print the subscription form or order it from HealthInvest Partners.

2.  Send the filled out subscription form to HealthInvest Partners, either by fax: +46 8 440 3839 or by mail to the address below. 

3.  Deposit the payment on the Fund’s account with SEB:

4.  A contract note will be received after the end of the month.

Redemption Value Fund

1.  Print the redemption form or order it from HealthInvest Partners.

2.  Send the filled out redemption form to HealthInvest Partners, either by fax: +46 8 440 3830, or by mail to the address below. The request must have reached HealthInvest Partners not later than five banking days prior to the end of the month.

3.  A contract note will be received in conjunction with disbursement of the redemption amount to the unit holders account.
