Extraordinary day to subscribe/redeem units in HealthInvest Value Fund
HealthInvest Partner´s board has decided to hold an extraordinay trading day to subscribe/redeem units in HealthInvest Value Fund on January 25, 2013.
The implementation of an extraordinary trading day facilitates for unit holders in Value Fund to smoothly switch their holding to HealthInvest MicroCap Fund if they choose to. MicroCap Fund starts on January 31, 2013.
In order to do the above switch from Value Fund to MicroCap Fund, clients need to fill out and sign a special form which can be found here. We would need the signed document not later than January 18, 2013.

Change of fund rules - HealthInvest Asia
HealthInvest Partners has received the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority´s approval to implement changes in the fund rules for HealthInvest Asia Fund. The fund will be converted to a UCITS fund with daily trading. This will give the fund unit holder a more transparent fund in terms of which regulatory the fund follows. The NAV will be calculated daily which gives the unit holders a daily update on the current value. Since the fund in its earlier form as a specialty fund to a low extent utilized its more flexible fund rules, the conversion to the UCITS structure will have insignificant effects how the fund is managed.
The new fund rules come into force on February 1, 2012.
